The machine is equipped with a peristaltic pump, ensuring that the filling material only passes through the hose, thus maintaining packaging quality. Additionally, the hose is easily interchangeable for filling different liquids.
The electric eye can detect the passing bottles and relay the signal to the system, ensuring the automated filling process. The position can be adjusted to accommodate different bottle sizes, enhancing working accuracy.
The diving nozzle is included, allowing for liquid to be filled from the bottom of bottles. This prevents splashing and is ideal for foamy liquids.
