When filling nozzle inserted into an empty bottle,the seal rings will help to seal bottle and the air in the bottle will be pulled out by vacuum pump.The vacuum in the bottle then sucks liquid into the bottle. When the bottle is full and reaches the preset filling level,the extra liquid will be transferred back to the storage tank,and the bottle will keep full.
