The machine’s principle of operation is when a metal aluminum foil is close to the induction head, it generates eddy currents on the aluminum foil, thereby producing heat to seal the bottle mouth. The heat generation is dependent on the strength of the eddy currents, frequency level, and action time. The machine is equipped with a self-check function to ensure safe operation. It utilizes a dual water-cooled self-circulation cooling system, which cools the induction head and the power module of the machine host respectively.
